How much does commercial spray foam cost?
Can existing buildings be insulated?
Absolutely. We specialize in retrofitting existing pole barns, machine sheds, and metal buildings. Spray foam can be applied directly to the underside of metal roofs and walls, immediately sealing drafts and stopping condensation.
Will operations need to shut down?
How thick should spray foam be?
For commercial steel and agricultural buildings, 2 inches of closed-cell foam is the industry standard. This provides an excellent air and vapor barrier (preventing condensation) and an R-value of roughly R-14, which is incredibly effective because it stops air infiltration completely.
Does spray foam reduce condensation?
Yes. In fact, closed-cell spray foam is the single most effective way to stop condensation in metal buildings. It creates a continuous barrier that prevents warm, moist interior air from ever touching the cold exterior steel panels.
How long does installation take?
